1. Where is my order?
You can check your order status and tracking details by logging into your account and visiting the “My Orders” page. Once your order ships, you’ll also receive an email with your UPS tracking number.

2. What are the delivery types?
We currently offer Free Standard Shipping via UPS Ground (2–5 business days).

  • All orders are shipped directly from our Phoenix, AZ warehouse.
  • Delivery is available across the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
  • Available shipping details will be shown at checkout.

3. Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact us at support@Lifecasa.shop to request a cancellation or change.

  • Once your order has shipped, it cannot be modified.
  • If your order has already been delivered, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

4. How can I exchange or return an item purchased online?
To exchange or return an item, please contact us at support@Lifecasa.shop within 30 days of receiving your order.

After your request is approved, we’ll email you the correct return instructions.
⚠️ Please do not return items to the sender address on the parcel.

We accept returns and exchanges for new or slightly used items in good condition with original packaging.
